NexCoat Smart

NexCoat Smart is a premium paper that is smooth and coated on one side, so that it can be used for a wide variety of flexible packaging, such as pouches, bags, sachets for muesli bars and sweets to name a few. One of its special properties is its natural whiteness, which is achieved without optical brighteners.

NexCoat has outstanding smoothness on the printing side with a rough reverse side and extremely good dimensional stability, and it’s also suitable for direct food contact as it is produced from 100 percent fresh fiber pulp. NexCoat Smart is characterized by its outstanding printing properties, excellent laquer hold out and good embossing properties.

At the same time it offers great running qualities on converting and packaging lines and is particularly suitable for rotogravure and flexo printing.
