Jani Sales has set up a new production line for manufacturing 100 tonne per day of recycled paper. Located in the western region of India, this machine is one of a kind with a huge capacity. The machine has a wide deckle size of 4.2 meters and speed of 900 MPM. The grades we will focus on will be mainly recycled based, and the target is to give good quality high-strength paper in various applications.

The facility will manufacture three grades of paper such as MG kraft, MG poster and MG tissue, ranging from 17gsm to 110gsm. The raw materials include waste paper sourced from domestic and international markets.

The papers are all food-grade certified and safe for direct food contact. Applications range from food wrapping to bags to lamination and many more. The papers come in several colour shades from brown to golden yellow and also with options of strength from 16 - 30 BF tailor-made to suit your every requirement.
